[6]AndIthinkImayaddthatnotIpersonallybutallprofessionalhistoriansdopossessakindoffamiliaritywiththepastthatshouldnotbeuhatgreatargumeclaimtohavelyauthenticmessage,butedevoteourselvestothedegofitwithasiiohusiasmandabstrag,ttheircase,supported,mostlikely,bymythigsofthepast。Eveo,weotsuppressthosevoicesorpreventothersfromlisteningtothem;weshallourselvesattimesfiandinspiration。Measwillproysteriouscourseastheyhavealwaysdootheshapingofithowmuchthepasttributes,andhowmuchtheurgethatisinmaivepowers,welyguess。Butshallhistoriansthereforekeepsilefulfillourfun,whichis,tothebestofourability,toshowupthemythsaheworldallwedaboutpastreality—inshitimateuseaheabuseofhistory。
