Hehasedourfellowstakehehighseastairy,tobeetheexeersoftheirfriendsaofallthemselvesbytheirhands。

&ageoftheseoppressioionedforredressihumbleterms。Ourrepeatedpetitionshavebeenansweredoedinjury。Aprieristhusmarkedbyeveryactwhichmaydefi,isuherulerofafreepeople。
